It is with heavy heart…
We have lost another comedic legend, Mr. T.K. Carter.  He opened many doors, for countless talents to follow him on various TV shows.  At one time he was the only Black man who had numerous appearances/roles on so many sitcoms; and of course, he done extensive movies.  It is noteworthy that in 2021, we honored T.K. Carter at our 30th anniversary award show for the AAhAs (The African American Humor Awards) here in Las Vegas. This is why I created this award show…so that our Black and other minority legacies in this field of entertainment, will never be forgotten. Rest in peace to our comedic brother, and THANK YOU for the laughs!

After having a successful tribute here in Las Vegas for Mr. Reynaldo Rey, June 22, 2025, and finally delivered our AAhAs trophy to Ms. Marsha Warfield, after having it for 30+ years.
