TRAILS FOR CHARITY: Run for Charlee

Born at just 35 weeks at the U of U, Charlee Perry surprised her family and medical team with no NICU time or intervention required. At two weeks old, Charlee had multiple episodes where she stopped breathing. She was rushed to the ER and later life flighted to Primary Children's where it was discovered that she has two holes in her heart: a Ventricular Septal Defect and a Parut Foramen Ovale that will require open heart surgery. Until then, Charlee will be on a daily LASIKs to help with the fluid surrounding her heart and lungs. Charlee will have multiple visits with the cardiologist at Primary Children's and weekly to biweekly appointments with her primary care physician to ensure that she is growing and thriving until surgery time. She is our little heart warrior.

Give to those who need it most

One of Mad Man Races most important objectives is to give to those in need. Trails for Charity was created so that everyone will have the chance to give to a worthy cause if they want to do so.
There are two ways to donate:

First you can register for one of Mad Man Races events. A register button is provided at the bottom of this page for the event associated with the charity highlighted in this tab. A portion of each registration fee will go towards the person or family highlighted in the Trails for Charity tab. Each race participant will have the peace of mined that what they are doing is going to a
good cause.

Second you can donate directly though the process described below.

Here is how it works: Go and scan the QR code for the Mad Man Races Venmo account located at the bottom of this page. Once you are in the Venmo account enter the total amount that you wish to donate. 100% of all donations, through the Venmo account, will go to the person of family highlighted in this tab. In the comment section state how many trail miles you are donating, this is the amount that you are donating for the charity, then press pay.
Mad Man Races would like to thank all those who donate. You can rest assured that your donations will help those who need it the most.
