Our glamping tents are officially up at Arcadia Villa Ranch & Retreat! 🏕️✨ We’re working on the finishing touches for our very first wedding this weekend, and we couldn’t be more excited.

This lucky couple and their guests will be the first to experience our White Duck Avalon tents — complete with premium Casper beds and dreamy bamboo bedding. 🤍

We can’t wait to share our glamping tents and brand new event center with you all. The final reveal is coming later this week… and trust us, it’s worth the wait! 👀

We’ve been pouring our hearts into every final detail of our masterpiece at Arcadia Villa Ranch & Retreat, and we’re almost ready to welcome you.

Our stunning 4,000-square-foot event center has been thoughtfully designed to create unforgettable experiences, featuring two grand fireplaces, two spacious changing/breakout rooms, handicap-accessible restrooms, a shower, a beautiful grand hall, and an expansive deck with an outdoor fireplace. Add in cozy fire pits, luxury glamping accommodations, a rejuvenating sauna, and a cold plunge, and you have the perfect destination for weekend weddings, wellness retreats, corporate gatherings, family reunions, and other unforgettable celebrations.

We’ve loved sharing sneak peeks along the way, but now we’re pressing pause on interior reveals until our very first wedding on July 10–11 and our Grand Opening on July 18.

We know you’re excited—and trust us, we can’t wait to show you everything. But some things are worth experiencing for the very first time in person (or virtual too), exactly as they were meant to be.

We’re so close to the finish line—we can finally see it! After two years of hard work, determination, and perseverance, everything is coming together at Arcadia Villa Ranch & Retreat.

We can’t wait to reveal our stunning new event center, luxury glamping area, and all the special touches we’ve poured our hearts into creating.
