Our Story

St. Jude Rock Fest Knoxville, was started in 2011 with an annual concert to raise funds for the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. Each year professional musicians come together to provide a benefit concert to support this noble cause, helping to cure Childhood Cancer and support patients along with their family’s.

Previous events have been hosted by, The Relix Theatre (4 yrs), Mike’s Bar & Grill, and Chez Lilly Events. WIMZ radio has also been helpful in promoting these events, along with other area businesses.

Some other past corporate sponsors include Smokey Mountain Harley Davidson, Smokies Baseball, Lowes, Home Depot, Arrow Exterminating, Harbin Custom Homes, Chez Lilly Events, Rick Carns, and many other businesses and individuals that have supplied door prizes. For 2018, Harley Davidson of Knoxville has agreed to be a corporate sponsor and The New “Wild Boar Tavern” will be hosting the event

Past Shows have included musicians listed below. We are fortunate to have these talented musicians contribute their time and talents to have made past events successful and we continue to seek other quality entertainers for future events.

Special guest : Blue’s King “Roger Hay”, renowned vocalist “Tracey Labelle Speeks” and “Cheri Spinazzola”.

Special thanks to Roger Hay who also has moderated all of the past events.

We encourage everyone to contribute to St. Jude and become a part of the St. Jude Rock Fest Family. Please get involved and volunteer to be on a call committee to enable a great and enjoyable event. We seek Corporate Sponsors, those that can donate valued discounts, coupons, and new gifts as door prizes as well as cash donation to help pay for promotional cost. Also, anyone can contribute directly to St Jude by credit card if they desire.

Most of all we want you to come to our events where we guaranty a good show at and unbelieve fair price, as we support St Jude. We encourage a donation of $10. per person at the door and will treat you like a king for a larger donation. We sale St. Jude T shirts and Band T shirts along with pictures posters and we have drawings for all kinds of goodies.
