Kansas City’s Largest Traditional Oktoberfest

Presented by KC Bier Co., Kansas City’s largest locally-owned brewery, KC Oktoberfest is a two-day festival celebrating Bavarian-style bier, food, and entertainment, October 4-5, 2019, at Crown Center.

Modeled after the Munich Oktoberfest in Germany, KC Oktoberfest started in the Biergarten at KC Bier Co. in 2014. With its exciting atmosphere showcasing fresh German-style bier produced by KC Bier Co., exceptional local food, lively entertainment and growing crowds of merrymakers, KC Oktoberfest quickly became a local favorite in its first four years, growing into Kansas City’s largest traditional Oktoberfest.

To capitalize on the growing momentum and excitement surrounding the festival, KC Oktoberfest relocated to Crown Center in 2018, transforming one of Kansas City’s iconic entertainment venues into a “Munich of the Midwest,” featuring headlining performers from Germany along with local entertainers and food vendors, games, competitions, and family-friendly activities spread throughout the vast festival grounds.
