We are incredibly proud to share that the Kankakee River Valley Regatta has been named the APBA “Best Race Site” for 2025 and will continue hosting the National Championships through 2029!

This achievement reflects the dedication, collaboration, and community pride that makes this event so special. What started as a vision to bring boat racing back to the Kankakee River has grown into a nationally recognized championship destination.

This honor belongs to our partners, volunteers, racers, sponsors, and the entire community who show up and make Labor Day weekend unforgettable year after year.
