October always invites me into stillness — that gentle pause between seasons where I slow down, breathe deeper, and listen closer. 🍂

It’s my time of soul-pondering and quiet preparation for the year ahead.

This year, my reflections go all the way back to August 2023, when I published the first Shaping Women Naturally Magazine.

I didn’t plan for it to become a series —
I simply followed where inspiration led. 💫

The design of this carousel honors that first edition —the beginning of something new, the kind of “birth” you can’t predict but will never forget.

That magazine spoke about life one season at a time.
