There will be a memorial service honoring Royal Burt on Saturday, September 5, 2020 at 2:00 pm at New Testament Baptist Church, 1600 Lincoln Street, Lonoke, AR, Due to the Covid19 virus, we were only able to have a graveside service with the immediate family at the time of his death-April 2nd. Please abide by the rules by wearing your face mask and, as much as possible, practice social distancing. We would be honored to have your presence. Vivian and family.

My cousin, Adrian Rodgers, passed away last week. I'll never forget the good times we had as kids in Waxahachie, TX playing basketball, throwing rocks at skunks (true), and catching fireflys.

Adrian Rodgers, 59, passed away peacefully at home July 28, 2020. He was born August 28, 1960 in Waxahachie, Texas to James and Ellen Rodgers. Adrian was employed for 28 years at Dart Container, he loved to garden, and his favorite pastime was watching his westerns. He is survived by

Dad passed away at 5:42 this morning. What a wonderful reunion he's having today.

Yesterday we brought my dad home from the hospital with the help of hospice. He was in the hospital alone and wanted to be with his family. He is resting pretty good this morning and not having to have a lot of medicine and I thank God for that. We appreciate your prayers during this time and thank you for all the ones sent up thus far for my dad. On a side note we would like to thank the sweet employees at Baptist Health in West Little Rock for helping dad get an anniversary card and gift for my mom. That meant so much to mom and us boys.

Dad has decided to come home under hospice care. He is being transported by ambulance and should be home in 45 minutes or so. Please continue to pray for us.
