Light up Downtown Hot Springs, Arkansas with 18,000 free glow sticks on Halloween Night from 5pm-8pm. We offer a safe and friendly environment for witches and ghouls of all ages. Trick or Treat down Hot Springs' oldest business district. Enjoy games, face painting, food, fortune telling, and a whole lot more.
