ALRIGHT...looks like the next White River Art Alliance show will be "PRESPECTIVES"!

"PERSPECTIVES" - A unique look into the mind of the artist, as each painter will choose a photo, then each will create their one-of-a-kind take on that subject...resulting in a show that showcases the vastly different visions and styles of each of the WRAA artists

Thanks to all who voted, and to those who didn't, you can still come! Dates are still pending but were shooting for an early summer 16' event - we'll keep you posted!

"HOMAGE" - A look deep into each artist's influences, fascinations and inspirations as they will each produce fully original pieces based on artists that they love...think Van Gogh, Warhol, Carravagio or perhaps Benton...creating all together new homages to their painterly mentors

BIG NEWS from the White River Art Alliance!

It's time for another official art show (in fact we're putting together a schedule for a several events hopefully in the near future...)

But now we need your VOTE...we've narrowed our themes down to 2, and we need you to decide between them...

"PERSPECTIVES" - A unique look into the mind of the artist, as each painter will choice a photo, then each will create their one-of-a-kind take on that subject...resulting in a show that showcases the vastly different visions and styles of each of the WRAA artists

The FIRST ANNUAL BRANSON ART WALK is coming this Monday, June 22nd!

WRAA artists Aaron Murphree and Seth Murphree will be participating (along with over 50 Ozarks area artists)! Look for them set up on Hollister's Historic Downing Street (near Vintage Paris Cafe)

See not only a wide selection of their work but also catch them actually producing onsite (weather-pending)!

4pm - 8pm! Also enjoy the tunes of the Taneycomo Festival Orchestra performing throughout downtown Branson and Hollister!

JUNE 15th (Monday) - 7 PM - The tradition continues with the Taneycomo Festival Orchestra rolling into town alongside the White River Art Alliance! Opening their two week concert series at VINTAGE PARIS CAFE, in Hollister, MO, WRAA's Seth Murphree and Aaron Murphree will both be hosting a number of paintings onsite, including a new four piece wood panel series by Seth M - "New York Texture" - A study on the colors and energy of America's Big Apple: Featuring subjects focused on the the shadows and light of the NYC night and the jarring thrill of the subway. Don't miss this always fun event!

Congrats to a lucky collector from Joplin, Missouri for purchasing Christina Mutchler's paintings... "American Landscape" and "Victory Kiss", both on display at the Chateau on the Lake in Branson, Missouri - If you haven't been out to enjoy her colorful exhibit and the four-star fine dining, do so!
