Hit a barrel (or 2 or 3) in the open? You could still place if you entered in the No Penalty Sidepot!

Get a clean run in the Open? Well hot diggity, you still have a chance at extra cash if you entered the No Penalty Sidepot!

So, YES clean runs or runs with hit barrels all have a chance to place in the No Penalty Sidepot!
