Out Film Festival Stepping out of the Silence and into the Spotlight. The Out Film Festival is Kentucky's lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender international film festival.

A project of Media Bridges, the festival started to celebrate queer representation in cinema. The Out Film Festival will be hosted at The Carnegie: Visual and Performing Arts Center - June 4, 2011!
