For those of you who have been following along for a while, you know we’re not done yet! 🤍
Phase 2 of The Oaks District includes the addition of our open-air chapel, The Monroe. Time is flying by, and we wanted to give everyone a little update on our plans for this beautiful addition. 😍
To avoid disrupting any of our 2026 weddings during peak season, we have decided to begin construction after our final wedding of December 2026. Our goal is to complete as much of the project as possible—if not the entire project—before the start of peak wedding season in 2027 (around April/May).
While we are hopeful for that timeline, we are not guaranteeing a completion date, as weather and other unforeseen factors can impact progress and are beyond anyone’s control.
As many of you know, we have worked hard to keep The Oaks District affordable while continually investing in the property. We do anticipate one final pricing adjustment once construction begins to reflect this exciting new amenity. If you’ve been considering The Oaks District for your wedding, now is the perfect time to secure your date and lock in current pricing before any future increases take effect.
AI is certainly a topic of debate, but we believe it has its place. As we finalize finishes and details, it has been an incredible tool to help us—and all of you—visualize the final product.
