We have been busy prepping our lemon ice box popsicles made with Rise and Shine lemonade for Rüeggenfest 2026 in Marshall, Texas this Saturday. Come see us at our booth from 11am to 8pm in downtown Marshall and grab a popsicle!

Your next meal should include our wide variety of farm-to-table beef products! This specific meal uses our beef tritip roast to make tacos with grilled peppers and a side of rice. Come shop at our store this week!

If you’ve followed us for any amount of time, you’d know that our standard on the farm is perfection. This is for the good of both the consumer and the animals we raise!

We have partnered with The Mobile Chicken House to adopt an even cleaner, healthier, and more efficient way to raise our meat birds and laying birds. The coop in this video is for our meat chickens and it is HUGE. However, it’s easily moved, saving time and labor for our personnel. Food and water is managed more easily and with incredible cleanliness. These chickens have fresh ground to wander and forage in daily.
