Oktoberfest Massachusetts The biggest Oktoberfest event in Massachusetts, taking place every fall in Amherst! This year, Oktoberfest MA is expanding in partnership with Samuel Adams!

Oktoberfest Massachusetts is a rapidly growing beer and music festival geared towards young professionals and college students. The event started near UMass Amherst where students have received negative publicity about unsanctioned parties and rowdy behavior for years. Oktoberfest MA was created near Amherst as an opportunity for students to gather, drink, and party for a cause. The first year of

the event was sponsored by Narragansett Beer, supported by Red Bull, and sold out raising both awareness and over $8,300 for Rays of Hope at Baystate Medical Center. We're taking over Boston on Saturday October 8th and Amherst on Saturday October 15th. Each event will feature multiple stages of concert production along with beer samplings, contests, games, music, and a chance to win a FREE trip to Oktoberfest Munich.

After 11 years of Oktoberfest, we are packing it in. Oktoberfest was started by UMass Amherst students and was run for over a decade by alumni and students alike

Thank you to over 25,000 attendees along with the hundreds of hard workers who made the event so smooth over the years. Thank you to our artists, partners, sponsors, vendors, venues and more - too many of y’all to name, but know that each of you had an impact and made Oktoberfest special for so many folks
