📣 New event announcement: Girls' + Guys' Night Out: Dinner + Come From Away Musical. 💙✈️🌎

This is a stripped-down version of Gurnee Girls' Night Out with ALL invited!

Commemorate the 25th anniversary of 9/11 on 9/11.
Reflect. Remember. Reminisce.

On the 25th anniversary of September 11th, join Janelle Rominski and the community at Lincolnshire Marriott Resort for dinner at Three Embers followed by seeing the musical Come From Away at the Marriott Theatre.

Come From Away is a Tony Award-winning musical based on the true stories of 7,000 airline passengers stranded in Gander, Newfoundland, Canada, during the 9/11 attacks. When U.S. airspace closed, 38 planes were diverted, and the small town welcomed the strangers, providing food and shelter for five days while fostering lasting friendships.

On 9/11, the world stopped.
On 9/12, their stories moved us all.

This invitation is limited to the first 20 people who purchase their tickets below or Venmo Janelle at -Rominski (to avoid ticketing site fees).

The event package covers the cost of your dinner, server's tip, and show ticket, all for only $100 (regular ticket prices start at $85)! Alcohol purchases are additional.

TICKETS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE, but can be transferred to someone else if you're unable to attend.

Our 20th Annual Gurnee Girls' Night Out fiesta last month was incredible! 🎉

This event would not be possible without our generous title sponsor, Family First Center of Lake County, a million thanks to Rachel Chenier and her team from FFCLC for their tremendous support!

Also, thanks to all the amazing gals who attended!

Our pre-party was held at Twyla's Lounge inside The Ten Hotel Gurnee where every lady had a complimentary Birch Beverages cocktail (thanks Nicole Khayat) and bundtinis from Kathy Blair at Nothing Bundt Cakes Gurnee, gift bags were provided by Jaine Lopez of TLC Massage and Spa Gurnee and we had a handful of prize giveaways too.

We then hopped on a motorcoach that drove us to Drury Lane Events in Oakbrook Terrace for a Latin-theme dinner with desserts and drinks in their ballroom. Craig Mivshek from Grand DJ Entertainment provided the music for us to dance the night away and a photo booth from Show On The Road captured fun photo strip pics.

After all that fun, we saw the Broadway smash hit musical, ON YOUR FEET! The Story of Emilio & Gloria Estefan at Drury Lane Theatre!

LOOKING FOR: SPONSORS, GIFT BAG ITEMS & PRIZE GIVEAWAYS!

My 20th Annual Gurnee Girls' Night Out event is this Saturday, February 21st and the pre-party is at Twyla's Lounge at The Ten Hotel Gurnee and each attendee receives a gift bag upon arrival and a chance at prize giveaways and I'm looking for sponsors, items for the gift bags and prize giveaways.

💰 SPONSORS: Please see the available sponsorship with details (photo in comments). If you choose to be a sponsor, your name and logo will be placed on next year's material as a general sponsor. Every sponsorship comes with two tickets to the event. If you cannot attend, I can deduct ticket cost for a lower price sponsorship. Our title sponsor is Family First Center of Lake County and pre-party sponsor is Khayat Enterprises.

🛍 GIFT BAG ITEMS (55 needed): Do you have something other than a coupon... like a logoed swag item, samples, free class, etc. that could go in 55 of my attendees' gift bags? This would be a great way to get your business in front of 55 active ladies in the community. Physical gift bags will be provided by TLC Massage and Spa Gurnee!

🎁 PRIZE GIVEAWAYS: At the end of the pre-party, I have prize giveaways. Every attendee is entered to win a prize and I'd love to showcase your goods/services!

Hi Ladies,

I’m excited to share that I’ll be announcing Gurnee Girls’ Night Out 2026 in about two weeks! Thank you for your patience!

I had hoped to release details much sooner, but some recent organizational changes at the venue made it challenging to finalize food and beverage pricing.

In addition, I’m working on securing more sponsors to help offset costs, as prices have increased significantly this year. Sponsorship opportunities are in the comments below.

What I can tell you now:

✨ The event will be held on a Saturday in the first quarter (January, February, or March).
✨ Ticket prices will be higher than in past years due to rising costs, so I encourage you to start saving now.

I can’t wait to share more with you soon! In the meantime, please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
