Hey, all you Line Dance Maniacs! This is a friendly reminder from your Event Director for those who have chosen to mail in their registrations.

I travel almost constantly, driving from one event to the next, occasionally getting home for 24-48 hours between trips to unpack, repack, handle assorted household chores, attend doctor and dentist and barber appointments, process incoming merch, and take care of other life obligations. This means I have very limited "free" time to spend on other activities. Being on the road so much also means I won't physically get your registration for several weeks—sometimes up to two months—after you've sent it and, if you've paid by check, your check won't be deposited until I'm actually home to do it.

I currently have a large stack of mail-in registrations that arrived while I was traveling from January through now. Later today, I'll be manually entering all your information and following up as necessary (sometimes folks don't fill out all the required details). Everyone gets an automated email confirmation as soon as the registration is completed successfully.

For the quickest confirmation that you've secured your VIP Package, I highly recommend registering via our online portal: https://wcldm2026.rsvpify.com/ (If you don't get a confirmation, either your registration didn't go through or you may have entered an incorrect email address.)

I appreciate your patience and am happy that you're all so excited to attend this year's event!

I've been getting some messages from folks experiencing challenges reserving their room at the Crowne Plaza. I contacted the hotel yesterday and the glitches should be resolved. The reservation link has been updated on this page; I just tested it on my laptop and the arrival/departure dates are adjustable with both queen and king bed rooms currently available.

When you click the link, you will automatically see the date range filled in from 10/08 to 10/12. You can manually adjust this by clicking on that section, then choosing your arrival and departure dates.
