We know many of you were looking forward to our fall festival. We want to take a moment to explain why it didn’t happen this year. Our intent was to bring the community together quickly to celebrate, but we also believe when we host an event it should be done with excellence. With the timeline we had, it was not going to be what we wanted it to be.

Right now our focus is on preparing the propery for winter construction. Hosting a large event right now in the midst of this would have meant compromising on the experience, and that isnt something we were willing to do.

Thank you so much for your understanding and your support through this project.

We do plan to have many fun events out here in the future and look forward to celebrating with you all in the near future! Please accept our sincere apology.

We were able to get more time!!! That means we can still save the Old Wendigo Hotel!!!

Wow! We are feeling the love and passion! THANK YOU!!! Saying thank you will never feel like enough, so we promise if we manage to save this place, there will be something really awesome planned for all of you that have donated, we just havent had a chance to put it together yet since this was a last minute hail mary.

After sharing where we are at yesterday There’s been a few of you that asked about profit sharing for larger dontations. we think that’s a great idea!! We came up with a plan for it! So I’m at the stoplight… and guess who’s in the lane next to me? The investor I’ve been trying to reach for over a month. 😳Did I wave and smile? Nope.I called him from the driver’s seat right there on the spot.Sometimes you gotta go full stalker to secure the bag. 💼📞He finally said he’ll make a decision by morning.Moral of the story: Closed mouths don’t get funded. 😤
