Texas, are you ready? The Grichels are moving in! ✨

We are officially setting up camp for the Scarborough Renaissance Festival in Waxahachie! We’ve missed the Pecan Grove and can’t wait to see our Texas friends and family starting this Saturday, April 4th.

To make sure you don't get lost in the 16th-century village, we’ve put together a quick "Survival Guide" to help you find us:

📍 Find us at Booth 260/262 sharing space with Catskill Mountain Moccasins and Catskill Mountain Leather
🌳 We are located on Pecan Lane in the beautiful Pecan Grove.
🧜‍♀️ Landmarks: Look for us near the Maypole between Ivanhoe Pass and the Joust.

That’s a wrap on Arizona! 🏜️🎬

Today is the final day of the Arizona Renaissance Festival, and what a wild, wonderful run it’s been. To everyone who adopted a new friend or just stopped by to say hi to the crew—thank you for making our first faire of the 2026 season so special! We had record-breaking sales to go with the record-breaking heat! We appreciate y'all so much and can't wait to get back out here next year!

But the truck can't stay parked for long...

The first day of the RCEAF pop-up auction was such a blast and we're looking forward to doing it all again today! In case you missed our post yesterday, it's the second day of the pop-up auction at the Arizona Renaissance Festival! Feel free to check out yesterday's post for answers to common questions!

If you'd like to participate, message us through Instagram or Facebook with the amount you're willing to bid and if that beats our highest bidder at the end of the auction (5pm Pacific time), we'll let you know that you've won. We can process the donation online and then ship you whichever bunny you choose. Today's available bunnies are the ones shown in this post. 😊

It's the first day of the pop-up auction at the Arizona Renaissance Festival 🌵❤️

We've gotten a bunch of questions about this event in the past, so we'll try to answer as many of them as we can now!

The Pop-up Auction is a silent auction event held each year at the Arizona and Carolina Renaissance festivals which benefits the Renaissance Catastrophic Emergency Assistance Foundation. Since our internet connection on festival days is very spotty and our booth is very busy at this point in the season, we're not able to support concurrent online bidding during the event at this time. But if you'd like to participate, message us through Instagram or Facebook with the amount you're willing to bid and if that beats our highest bidder at the end of the auction (5pm Pacific time), we'll let you know that you've won. How it works:
Every $20 you spend at the booth earns you one stamp on your physical loyalty card. The best part? You get to choose when to cash in your rewards:

🥈 Level 1 (5 Stamps): Get $8 OFF your adoption.
🥇 Level 2 (10 Stamps): Get $20 OFF your adoption.
💎 Level 3 (15 Stamps): Get $48 OFF your adoption!

You can turn your card in early for a quick discount, or save up your stamps for that "Master Collector" reward at Level 3. It’s our way of making sure our most dedicated fans get the best value as we continue to grow.

Note: For now, this is for in-person festival adoptions only, as we use physical stamps to track your progress. Make sure to keep your card in a safe place (like inside a Grichel bag!) and bring it with you every time you visit the booth!
