Last week was such a fun and exciting week! I started off at the Washington State Fair, where I competed in Western Dressage and several performance classes. While I was there, I also got to put on my queen attire and walk around, which led to lots of questions, conversations, and fun discussions!

Then I headed to the Pendleton Round-Up, and what an amazing time it was! I got to meet queens from all over the USA, spend time with my sash sisters, make some new friends, and even ride on a stagecoach for the parade!

After the luncheon, I walked around and visited with so many wonderful people. It was definitely a busy week, but one filled with so many great experiences and memories. I’m so thankful for everyone I got to meet and spend time with along the way! ❤️

Always grateful,
Taryn Miller

After a week of showing my horse Nikki at the Klickitat County Fair which ended with my being selected to compete at State Fair this Fall, Reserve Senior High Point to Co - Senior Sportsmanship with Kiera Beasley.

I represented Ketchum Kalf at 2 days of NPRA rodeo and the downtown parade. As always it was so fun visiting with my sash sisters. Getting to watch Queen Jaylee shine this week was definitely a highlight.
I was also honored to be a part of presenting the Tri-County saddle at Sunday's performance along with our rodeo President Keith Kreps.

What a great way to spend the week.

Always thankful,
Taryn Miller

This weekend, I had the wonderful opportunity to participate in the Goldendale Community Days Parade. It was amazing to see the entire community come together to celebrate. Seeing so many familiar, smiling faces made the weekend even more special.

What an unforgettable week! I was so blessed to spend Wednesday in Molalla, Oregon where Willow graciously let me borrow her incredible horse, Tequila.
Then on Friday, I traveled to Toppen*sh, Washington where I had the privilege of helping with the Little Rascals Rodeo before the rodeo where my horse unfortunately came up lame. I ended up having the opportunity to borrow another amazing horse named Spirit for grand entry.

Sunday was the perfect way to wrap up the weekend as I participated in the Toppen*sh Rodeo parade that morning, and the runout during the rodeo that evening.
Every moment was filled with wonderful people, new experiences, and memories that I will cherish.

A huge thank you to everyone who stepped in to lend me horses, you made this weekend happen and I am so grateful.

Always grateful,
Taryn Miller

This weekend at the Ketchum Kalf Rodeo was an incredible experience, and I want to sincerely thank everyone for the support and encouragement I’ve received. It was wonderful to meet so many people throughout the weekend and represent our community.

I had an amazing time helping push cattle on Saturday and visiting with spectators and signing autographs on Sunday. Opportunities like these remind me how fortunate I am to serve as your rodeo queen, and I am excited for all of the new experiences and memories still to come this season.

A special thank you goes to my dad and grandma for always being by my side and supporting me every step of the way. Thank you to my friends for their constant encouragement, and to Brandi, my wonderful Queen Coordinator, for always being there to help with anything I need. Your guidance and support mean so much to me.

I would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredible rodeo committee for all of the hard work and dedication that goes into making this event such a success. A special thank you to our President, Keith, Vice President, Travis, and Treasurer, Kara, for your leadership, countless hours of work, and commitment to our rodeo and community. Your efforts do not go unnoticed and are truly appreciated.

Most importantly, thank you to the amazing Glenwood community. I am truly grateful for the kindness, support, and encouragement you have shown me. I couldn’t do this without all of you, and I look forward to seeing everyone again soon!

Always grateful,
