Why Do We Race?

Dr. Frank Iourno Jr. DDS, MS and his team at West End Orthodontics in Glen Allen, VA are proud to be the title sponsor of this annual Thanksgiving Turkey Trot. All proceeds will go to the We Heart Harlie & Friends Foundation, a local non profit foundation whose mission is to offset the financial strain of medically fragile children. Reduce worry, limits and fear, and increase hope, access and joy.

We are excited to be the only chip timed 4 mile Turkey Trot in the West End of Richmond and hope you will join us! After parking at the Glen Allen Community Center ( no race day parking in Crump Park), participants will take a short walk to RFP Park for the start. Two loops of a 2 mile course will bring them back to the finish area where they can enjoy post race bagels, hot chocolate and awards before heading out to their Thanksgiving Day celebrations.
