Rust Belt Reptiles Hi and welcome to Rust Belt Reptiles! Keepers first, breeders second. Come meet our snakes! Hi! We are Chris and Andie, great to unofficially meet you!

We are a (soon to be) husband and wife team with a passion for reptiles! We specialize in keeping ball pythons, plains hognose snakes and we also have a leopard gecko named Cosmo. It all started when we went to a local reptile expo where Andie fell in love with a puppy faced ball python, and Chris revealed he had always wanted another snake after his childhood ball python passed on. me home, and the collection grew. Soon enough, plains hognose snakes were added into the mix after, yet again, Andie falling in love with a cute tiny shovel face, and Chris not stopping her from bringing home a new baby. Over time, our reptile family grew to include some beautiful morphs, a wealth of research, knowledge, and experiences. Now we have decided to become hobbyist breeders! So, what sets us apart from all the other breeders out there? well, we're keepers first. All our snakes are our pets first, not just breeders. Not simply reduced to livestock, but loved cherished members of our family. All of our reptiles are housed in appropriate sized (4x2x2) enclosures with plenty of enrichment, hiding spaces, and if you look closely, a touch of whimsy. Our focus is to create beautiful, healthy, well socialized pets, and to spread the joy of keeping these wonderful animals. We hope to have our first babies in 2025. We look forward to connecting with you!
