The "JK" 5k and Birthday Fun Run

The "JK" 5k and Birthday Fun Run The "JK" 5k Birthday Fun Run will be held in memory of Jacob Karnchanaphati, who passed away in July of 2015.

This will he the 11th Annual JK5k and Birthday Fun Run
It is now a *Virtual Event* Participation from your hometown during Jacob’s birthday week August 15-23, 2026 Jacob was 12 years old and a 6th grader at New Hanover Elementary. He was greatly looking forward to entering his first year at Boyertown Junior High East. Jacob will forever be remembered for his love of soccer and nick name, "JK". He was a one of a kind kid, who had his own style, and wasn't afraid to "tell it like it is", which made him so funny. One of the most treasured memories that Jacob has left us with, is the laughter he brought to everyone around him. He is greatly missed by all of his family and friends, and will remain in the hearts of all of those who were lucky enough to know him. We hold an event each year during the month of August to honor Jacob, as we remember his smile and celebrate his life around his birthday. This fundraiser will benefit students of Boyertown Area Senior High who plan to further their education. All proceeds directly fund the Jacob Karnchanaphati Memorial Trust. Details about the award can be found on Jacobk3.com
