Here’s the rest of our October Bee Boutique schedule! 🍂🐝

Instead of updating our hours week by week, we figured it would be a whole lot easier to put the rest of the month in one place. October is a busy one for us between Brewed Bee, harvest, and KneeKnocker Woods, so our shop hours are a little more limited than usual.

But CLOSED doesn’t necessarily mean you can’t shop! If there’s a day we aren’t open and you need honey, coffee, beeswax goodies, or anything else, just call or message us. If we’re available, we’re always happy to buzz over and meet you at the Bee Boutique.

And of course, you can shop online anytime at BrewedBee.com⁠ for shipping or local pickup.

A whole lot of honey bears waiting for their finishing touches!

We’ve been busy behind the scenes at Brewed Bee Bottling, and these little guys are part of one of our latest bottling projects. They’re filled, capped, and now making their way through labeling before they’re packed up and ready to head back to the producer.

One of the things we enjoy about commercial honey bottling is seeing each producer’s vision come together. Every operation has different needs, from container sizes and quantities to labeling and packaging. Our job is to take their bulk honey and turn it into a finished product that’s ready for their customers.

Whether it’s honey bears, traditional glass jars, or something a little different, we’re here to help beekeepers and honey producers get their products ready for the shelf.

Here’s a fun little Brewed Bee fact you might not know. 🐝🍯

Our hives are spread out at different locations around the area, which means our bees spend their summers foraging across different parts of Central Nebraska. And one of those locations just happens to be KneeKnocker Woods.

So it seemed only fitting to give KneeKnocker Woods its own version of Brewed Bee honey. Honey from the Woods is available in the KneeKnocker Woods gift shop, featuring honey from the same area where some of our hives call home.

It’s quite literally a little taste of the property, made by the bees that call KneeKnocker Woods home. And I think that makes for a pretty sweet souvenir from a night in the woods.

October is a busy one around here! 🍂🐝 Between harvest and KneeKnocker Woods, we’re juggling a lot of moving pieces this month.

The Bee Boutique will be CLOSED this Saturday, October 10, for opening night of KneeKnocker Woods.

Even when the shop is closed, if you need honey, coffee, or anything else from Brewed Bee, just give us a call or send us a message. If we’re able, we’re always happy to buzz over and meet you at the shop!

🎄 WE HAVE SOME PRETTY EXCITING HOLIDAY NEWS! 🎄

Brewed Bee has officially been selected as a stop on the 2026 Nebraska Holiday Passport! 🍯🐝

This year’s Holiday Passport features just 24 stops across the entire state, and we are incredibly excited to see Gibbon, Nebraska on that list with Brewed Bee as the Gibbon stop! The Holiday Passport runs November 13 through January 10 and is all about getting out, exploring Nebraska, visiting unique businesses and destinations, collecting stamps, and making a few holiday memories along the way.

We already love getting to meet people who find us while traveling through Central Nebraska, so the idea that Passporters from all over the state will be making their way to Downtown Gibbon and through the doors of Brewed Bee this holiday season is pretty exciting.

And of course, we’re already thinking about how we can make your Brewed Bee Passport stop a fun one. 🎄🍯

So whether you’re a longtime Passport traveler or this is the year you finally decide to start one, add Gibbon to your holiday road trip plans. We’ll have a stamp waiting for you!
