9:20am: General Childs invited Gen Lynch to introduce the Wounded Warrior Raffel.
9:25am: General Childs asked Col. Manzi to introduced Brigade Staff
9:25am: Lt. Col. Golding read last years minutes. Minutes accepted by Congress of the USV
9:35am: Board Treasurer Logan Robinson gave the Treasurer Report. Report accepted by Congress of the USV
9:40am – 10:00am: Col. Manzi gave the congress a new review of the Insurance coverage offered by the USV.

For 2023 the Board President and Civilian Member accepted unopposed renominations. Larry Golding and Logan Robertson are stepping down from the board. Unopposed nominations were accepted for Jason Eckhart as Secretary, and Ken Brown as Treasurer.
All board and Military positions were reelected via a voice vote.
