Since 1929, this hillside has kept watch over Garibaldi. 🌲

Built by high school students who hauled every piece of material up that ridge by hand — inspired by a giant “A” they spotted on a hillside in Amity — the Big G has been rebuilt, relit, and lovingly maintained by this community for almost a century.

Some landmarks are just concrete and paint. This one’s the whole town’s history, standing tall. 🏔️

The Waterball Challenge is one of Garibaldi Days’ favorite traditions! 💦🚒

The Garibaldi Fire Department went head-to-head with the U.S. Coast Guard in an exciting battle of teamwork, determination, and plenty of water! Thanks to both crews for putting on a great show and for everything you do to keep our community safe.
