I will have these 3 beautiful Pumpkin Spice Sourdough loaves tomorrow at Turkey K**b Church for the Fall Festival. I will also have Sourdough Apple Crisp cinnamon rolls and Sourdough Pumpkin cinnamon rolls. I will not have any savory breads. Lesson of the week is not to test new baking hacks on a big bake day. 🤦🏻‍♀️.

Recipe testing while my loaves proof today. Yummy sourdough English muffins. I had one hot from the pan with butter 🤤 and I think it will be even better tomorrow, toasted for breakfast. Would anyone be interested in me adding these to my table at the Fries Town Market on October 3rd?

Packed up and ready for tomorrow morning! Fries Town Market. The Apple Crisp Cinnamon Rolls turned out great. I have those and the regular Cinnamon Rolls in singles and in a 4 pack. I went with the Pumpkin bagel option. And this week I will have bagels available individually, or to build your own bag since I had a few people ask about buying 1 bagel instead of the 4 packs.

Time to vote on next weeks sweet bagel flavor! Fries Town Market

As always I will have Plain Sourdough Bagels, the savory flavor will be Cheddar Jalapeño. Help me decide between Pumpkin Bagels with a cinnamon crunch topping OR Cinnamon Raisin Bagels.

I will have regular sourdough Cinnamon Rolls with vanilla bean cream cheese frosting and Apple Crisp sourdough Cinnamon Rolls with a brown butter frosting 🤤.
