Made a fun little plate today. Roasted duck stuffed with oranges, sausage, peppers and Brie cheese, sauced with peppered citrus gravy. A mix of white rice and lentils with sautéed haricot verts and roasted red bell peppers.

The Beefsteak Dinner!! Historically this was a special event for celebrations and fundraising for big causes. People would show up in their best clothes with bibs over top to sit at a big feast of whole meats, spirits, and ci**rs and enjoy everything with their bare hands. That's where the bibs came in handy. At our beefsteak we will have the whole roasted meats WITH sides and silverware to less mess for you. Come down to Nascent Culinary and buy your tickets for that father in your life. Wine supplied by Neighbor's House Grocery at additional cost. Spoil him a bit. It's a fantastic way to let him know you're thankful for all he's done for you throughout the year. What more could you ask for?
