🏃‍♀️ SPECTATOR GUIDE:
Coming to cheer on runners? See the graphic for our favorite viewing / cheering locations.

⏰ KEY TIMES
Roads into park close: 9:00 AM — after that, shuttles only
Half Marathon start: 10:00 AM
5K start: 10:15 AM — a few hundred yards behind the half start

🐕 PET RULES
No pets at Nicolet Bay Beach / Runner’s Concourse
No dogs on course, by the finish line or on shuttles
Leashed dogs are OK in other park areas

⚠️ We have an important change for race weekend that all participants and spectators should be aware of.

👉 Friday’s Packet Pickup will now take place at the Ephraim Village Hall, 9996 Water St., Ephraim, due to ongoing construction at the Baileys Harbor Town Hall.

Those who have participated in the race for many years will remember that the Ephraim Village Hall was the packet pickup location in our first 10 years. The time remains the same, 1 - 8 pm.

We are at the 1 week countdown! 🙌
While we taper, let’s talk about the race legends:

🏆 1:07:56 — Tyler Sigl’s half marathon record from 2017 still stands.

⚡️ 15:59 — Dustin Hudak’s 5k time in 2016. Oh, and he was 15 years old!

👑 4x champ Rodee Schneider owns this course (2013, 2014, 2018, 2019). His worst finish? 5th place. Most of us are just trying to finish upright.

🔥 3 wins in a row for Relena Del Torro Ribbons in the women’s half (2021, 2022, 2025). Talk about a dynasty.

💪 6 runners have never missed a year running either the half or 5k and 5 runners have finished EVERY half. That’s 17 years of commitment!

🙌 200+ staff & volunteers make the magic happen. Because someone has to hand you water while you question all your life choices.

📣 Congratulations to the 40 runners who joined a Run for a Cause team this year - together raising over $24,000 for charities! Now in its 16th year, the Run for a Cause program has surpassed $283K in fundraising. This year runners are running for the following charities:

📣 PSA: TOMORROW is the last day to transfer a bib online. Transferring between races after April 21, will need to be completed on-site on Friday, May 1 between 1-8pm at packet pickup.

We do allow participants to switch races - between half marathon and 5k - space permitting. Participants may officially transfer a bib to another person, but giving your bib to another participant is forbidden and will result in automatic disqualification.

COMMON RUNNER QUESTIONS: 🏃

Q:Can I transfer my bib to another runner, or switch to between the Half Marathon and 5k or vice versa?
A: Yes. You can do so online through April 21 by following the instructions at the bottom of the registration page on our website. After April 21, transfers must be done by emailing [email protected] or in person at Packet Pick-up on Friday, May 2 from 1-8pm. Giving your bib to another person is forbidden and will result in automatic disqualification.

Q: Do I have to buy a park sticker to drive into the park for the race?
A: Yes you do, and you should be happy to. Our parks need our support, and the admission fees for these beautiful open spaces are a bargain. Daily park passes are $13 for in-state, and $16 for out of state plates. Cash Only. You do not have to pay a fee to ride the shuttles, however.

Q: How long does it take to get from the park entrance to the concourse.
A: It’s not an exact science with traffic, but we recommend you plan on 20 minutes.

Q: Do you have pacers?
