It has been awhile since my last post. In 2025 I moved into a fixer upper house with a neglected yard. It’s been lots of work that started in April, but I am thriving here. My painting studio is all set up and waiting. My house is surrounded by trees and plants waiting for springtime. Now is the quiet time for planning creative projects.

Lights of the Aurora
Sprightly, nimbly
Tease me with your shifting color
Challenge me to paint what I saw
What I felt
How I remember
Magic
Beauty
Dancing in my mind
Dance for me again
Make me drunk with your movements
Dance for happy
Dance for sad
Dance for loss
Dance for disconnection
Dance for my inner child
Oh dance for me again.
