Oregon truffles in the news!

We love this piece from about local alternatives to Italian delicacies. Truffles lose moisture and aroma very quickly, so it’s always best to use locally dog-foraged truffles instead of imported varieties. When you work with local foragers, you get to savor the seasonal delicacies of the Pacific Northwest!

We cannot wait for our dinner tonight!

This Grand Finale dinner was created in partnership with the Oregon Truffle Festival Culinary Director and the culinary team at LucidWild. Hosted in the incredible wine caves, this six-course dinner showcases freshly foraged local truffles at their peak, thoughtfully paired with LucidWild’s dry-farmed, single-vineyard wines, crafted to reflect the same sense of place and restraint.

Together, the truffles and wines tell a story of Oregon’s land—ephemeral, expressive, and deeply rooted. We are so happy to partner with this year. If you weren’t able to get tickets to this sold out event, keep your eye out for next year’s dinner with them!
