Meet Glaze Gang!

Della is a hardworking mom who balances work, homeschooling, and family life while pursuing her passion for baking. Her journey into vegan, gluten-free, allergy-friendly baking began when she started focusing on natural ingredients for her son who has autism and creating treats for friends with gluten-free / egg free dietary restrictions. What started as a way to serve her loved ones grew into a passion for making delicious, allergy-friendly baked goods that everyone can enjoy. Della started her porch stand this year! And has been loving offering these allergy-friendly baked goods to the community both at her porch stand and at the Whitaker market!

✨ Offering: VEGAN, GLUTEN FREE, ALLERGY FRIENDLY mini cakes, donuts, and cake pops!
✨ Customer favorite: Pistachio cream buttercream 😋
✨ Fun fact: Della recently lost 100 lbs! Though the sweets can be tempting she also fasts for a big part of the day! 🎉 Incredible accomplishment!🎉

Meet Made it Myself!

Ashley started her porch bakery in March 2024. She started doing custom cake orders and needed a fridge to put them in for convenient pick up. After a while and wanting to use the fridge for more she decided to start selling cake by the slice and it took off! While she still does custom cake orders, the pink porch fridge is filled weekly with scratch made mini cakes and cake slices. And now cheesecakes and tiramisu since she recently got her domestic kitchen license!

✨ Offering: Mini cakes and cake by the slice. Now offering cheesecake and tiramisu!
✨ Customer favorite: The Bruce cake named after the kid in the Matilda movie who was forced to eat an entire cake! 🎂🍫
✨ Fun fact: Ashley went through the LCC culinary school program, has 2 kiddos, a husband and loves gardening!

Meet Flour & Rise Bakery!

Shaylene launched Flour & Rise in 2024, starting out on a simple table under her carport. Her first bake day, she shared everything for free, then gradually moved into porch pickup orders.

As life shifted—working full time as a medical assistant and keeping up with her son’s sports—she opened a roadside cart in August 2025 to create more balance. Since then, Flour & Rise has transitioned primarily into a roadside cart business.

She prioritizes local and homegrown ingredients in her baked goods, staying connected to her roots of being raised on a farm. Her early involvement in 4-H—as both a showman and later a leader—continues to influence her commitment to quality, simplicity, and community.

✨ Offering: a variety of sourdough loaves, focaccia, cinnamon and sweet rolls, cookies, pantry staples and more.
✨ Customer favorite: Jalapeño Cheddar Sourdough, Parmesan Garlic Focaccia, chocolate chip cookies and all of the cinnamon and sweet rolls
✨ Fun fact: Shaylene played college soccer ⚽️ She originally wanted to be a pastry chef!

Meet Fiddle Fern Farm!

Riki and her youngest daughter, Ella, started their honesty stand in 2019, originally selling extra farm eggs. Their original name was Ella’s Eggs!

In 2025, Riki, her oldest daughter Loren, and Ella decided to expand and upgrade the farm stand to what they are today, Fiddle Fern Farm! Now they offer a variety of products they work together to produce on their farm — with plenty of behind-the-scenes support from Riki’s husband as well!

✨ Offering: small batch magnesium spray, soaps, sugar body scrubs, veggie/herb/flower plants, seasonal garden produce, bags of fertilizer (made from goats manure), fresh cut flowers, raw honey, blackberry jam, Boo Boo bags, and fresh baked treats.
✨ Customer favorite: Blackberry jam and lavender sugar body scrub!
✨ Fun fact: Riki works full time as a nurse and loves sharing her farm products with her community! 🩺

Catherine is a stay-at-home mom of three under three! She launched her small business last year. She's always dreamed of homesteading, and this year is actually her very first time planting veggies and flowers. It’s been such a fun and meaningful experience getting to do it alongside her toddlers.

Meet Beestings and Butter Bakery & Dairy!

Nicole is a homeschooling mom to three kids and raises mini Nubian dairy goats, along with bunnies and chickens right along the Territorial Wine Trail! She wanted a little farmstand since they moved out to property (her and her husband had zero homesteading experience!) and finally started one in 2025. This stand is her way of bringing the homemade, ingredient conscious food she makes for her family, to her neighbors!

✨ Offering: Goat milk soap, sourdough loaves, brookies, brioche sweet rolls, scones and more!
✨ Customer favorite: Salted caramel brown butter brookies and brioche sweet rolls!

Meet Wise-Hen Farms!

Laurie has been running her farmstand since 2015! It all started with a cooler and a patio umbrella set up on a flat trailer. We all start somewhere! She's lived in the country her entire life and has dogs, goats and chickens and is very involved in dog rescue/fostering. Over the last few years, her farm stand focus has shifted from eggs and produce to flower farming, which is her favorite!

✨ Customer favorite: Her beautiful flower bouquets! 💐
