Be sure to stop by Chef Marty's booth - Pepper and Sons BBQ ! He will be offering Korean Pork Belly Tacos with Kimchi! These tacos are AMAZING! We had some a few weeks back. The pork belly melts in your mouth and the kimchi is delicious - not too hot but with a kick. His BBQ sauce is scrumptious, too. We are 18 days away!!!!!
