The Manly Battleships® are a group of fun-loving guys and gals that have formed the greatest programming group on the east coast convention circuit. Here we will be promoting CHS Otaku Fest and repair cosplays. Spread the word to your fellow cosplay mates, so we can do our best to help them in time of emergency! (We will also have a changing room! Be sure to swing by :))
