CONTEST RULES
HEY WEIMS!!!!....Do you have what it takes to be a Cover Dog? Then make sure your human sends us your pic for our Cover Contest whenever you see us post this pic/request!!
Every month, when the month is almost over, we will post an announcement asking for entries! Post your best Weim pic for our Cover Dog Contest. We will "share" all of the pics in our 'ANTW' Album. Then the voting will begin! The entry with the most likes will be our next Cover pic!
Each month, a themed pic may get preference (if we specify)! That means that if it is a close vote, we may chose the themed pic, or we may change out the pic during the month.
...fine print.... We will accept and post up to 10 entries in landscape format ONLY - first received, first posted. Only photos posted on the announcement thread for that month will count. Messages, email entries or entries submitted before the post for that month is made will not be accepted. However, if there are a lot of entries very close in time frame, those that will best fit a cover photo (landscape instead of portrait, and larger in size to best fit the cover photo space will be chosen) Images that are too small will become stretched and grainy, so try to choose a photo that will fit the space!
All entries will be posted by us on our page (in our ANTW Album) on or around the 2nd to last day of the month (at the same time - in the order received) for the liking to begin. To avoid confusion, ONLY likes to the pic WE post in our album on will be counted. Likes to your post (posts by others) will not be counted. Please submit only photos of dogs (weims) - photos with humans in them cannot be accepted. One (1) Entry per dog, please - so send your favorite! Voting ends the last day of the month at 11:59pm PST. Cover pic will be updated on the 1st of the month.
**Please note - images that are 850 x 315 fit best in the banner area for facebook, so please try to submit photos that are 'landscape' layout instead of 'portrait'. We reserve the right to edit your photo and/or add it to a banner background with text.
