Delgado Guitars & Music Makers Stage at Delgado Guitars are proud to support Freddie O'Connell, Mayor of Metropolitan Nashville & Davidson County transit plan, “Choose How You Move”. It will be on the November ballot for Nashvillians to vote and we, along side MVAN - Music Venue Alliance of Nashville , Arts & Business Council of Greater Nashville , NIVA - National Independent Venue Association and others are asking you to vote YES!! Nashville is decades behind in our public transit and this is a good start for us all.

Today we honor Sommer Vivienne Young, who only lived for an hour and fifty minutes. She would’ve celebrated her first birthday on August 25. One year later, there are still no answers for what happened to Sommer. For her parents, Erika and Kris, the pain worsened by the lack of answers has not diminished.

They were drawn to support March of Dimes’ research into maternal and infant health so no other family experiences what they went through. Erika says, “We wanted to have a legacy for Sommer."
Parents like Sommer’s should never have to experience the heartbreak of loss. It’s up to all of us to change that.
This is our moment to be there for families like the Youngs.


Giving is crucial to helping us make a lifesaving difference for families in need:

• Fueling cutting-edge research
on preterm birth and its causes for babies like Sommer;

• Supporting families in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU)
through the NICU Family Support® program, offering family education, staff training on family-centered care and an improved patient experience;
