Who are these people?

They are my people! You see, I love to collect people in my life. I love their stories and their dreams. Once you join my tribe you are always a member because your successes are my successes, and your sorrows are my sorrows. Your dreams are my dreams.

This was our 3rd Power Within Event. (We have one every month) Last night, we hiked to Battlecreek Falls in Pleasant Grove. Some of us had done it many times before, for some of us, it was the first time and a massive achievement. We made new friends and incredible memories.

My degree from BYU is in recreational therapy. To add to this knowledge, I recently completed my certification as a breakthrough facilitator and empowerment coach. It took 9 months and two incredible courses. This was a massive investment of time, money, and personal development.

The best part is, now I get to use my knowledge and experience to empower you.

I am so grateful for every day of my life that led me to today. Life happens for you, not to you. Every trial, every success, every person you meet is a chance to learn, grow, and become.

As part of Power Within Events, I now run a daily Power Call every morning at 8:30-9 am MT on zoom. This call is to empower our tribe of incredible humans to set goals and take action.

We then set up monthly events that help achieve those goals.

I also provide 1:1 vocal empowerment sessions so you can find your true voice by connecting to your deeper emotions and letting go of the limiting beliefs holding you back. Sometimes we sing, often we just talk. You lead the way.
