🚪 The North Side is Getting Some Love

Decades ago, the original wooden doors on the depot's north side rotted away. They got replaced with sheet metal sliders, which were functional, but not exactly historic.

That's changing.

Working with Ben Pate of Dublin TX Historical Museum, local craftsman Jesse is building two new doors, matched exactly to the south side's originals — down to the square glass windows and metal guide strips. Same style. Same detail. Same character. They're absolutely gorgeous, and painting and installation are next.

It's a small step, but it's the right one. Open House input was clear: honor the depot's original character wherever possible. These new doors do exactly that — a faithful match to what belonged here, replacing what didn't.

Two doors. One depot getting closer to coming back to life. 🇺🇸

Dublin showed up for its depot. 🚂❤️ Last Friday's Open House brought neighbors together, stories back to life, and big ideas for what's next. Onward to the depot's 100th!

Raffle-Rama Update! 🎟️

We've started picking up turned-in PassCards from participating locations and have already processed our first batch — the entries are stacking up!

Our goal is to collect all remaining PassCards from every location by the end of the day Tuesday. Once that final batch is processed, we'll announce the official date for the live drawing — so stay tuned!
