We provide the recreational activities of public skating, hockey, youth programs and special events throughout the year. We are the home rink for Dover Youth Hockey, the Great Bay Figure Skating Club, and nine local high school teams. For more information, contact the Arena directly or visit our webpage.

Dover Arena is currently closed for skating until July 6th.

Thank you all for a great season — we appreciate everyone who came out, skated, played, and supported the rink this year.

Please note: The office remains open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM.

Recreational Public Skate: 2:30 – 3:50 pm

Instructional Public Skate (practice skills with coaches; no sticks/pucks and we do not supply coaches)
Weekdays (Mon–Fri): 10:00 – 11:50 am each day.

🏒 Adult Stick Practice
Time: 11:30 AM – 12:50 PM, Monday through Friday, May 4th to May 8th
Who: Adults ages 18 and over
Format: Pick-up hockey (no formal team practice)
Cost: $10 per player (Goalies often free)
Sign-up: Walk-in same day or use arena pass;
Full equipment required
Limited to ~20 skaters + 2 goalies.
Punch Pass Available: 7 skates for ~$50.
