This weekend at The Ranch TX, we hosted the Workshop — a hands-on medical training focused on women’s health emergencies, emergency birth, newborn care, and real-world response when help is delayed, unavailable, or too far away.

Students learned practical skills for identifying women’s health emergencies, supporting sexual assault victims, assisting with unplanned out-of-hospital births, managing complications, responding to postpartum hemorrhage, and caring for newborns in the first critical minutes of life.

At The Ranch TX, medical training goes beyond trauma care. We train for the real emergencies people may actually face — because when systems fail, distance matters, or seconds count, training matters.

On September 19, Black Squadron Airsoft brings 𝑫𝒂𝒘𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑫𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒅𝒆 to The Ranch TX — a 12-hour force-on-force MILSIM event where every movement, mission, and decision shapes the outcome.

Two opposing factions will battle for control of key terrain, resources, and momentum in a destabilized region where alliances fracture and control is contested from first movement to final exfil.

Built around structure, pressure, and player-driven outcomes, 𝑫𝒂𝒘𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝑫𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒅𝒆 is the prequel event to December’s 𝑶𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑩𝒍𝒂𝒄𝒌 𝑫𝒊𝒗𝒊𝒅𝒆 — setting the stage for a larger conflict where every op is unpredictable and earned.

Black Squadron Airsoft is a veteran-led organization that designs and hosts immersive MILSIM events built around realism, teamwork, and controlled chaos.
