Sharing this sad news but awaiting to hear if it just relates to Chagstock 2023 or that the festival is to be no more in the future, so I shall keep you posted and be in contact if future Chagstock’s will be taking place which I very much hope so as will sincerely miss the box office crew and the fun times we have shared over the years

Who is interested in volunteering for Chagstock 2022? I’ve sent an email to the crew of 2021 with sign up form and performers stage timings. Will send same email to those who have volunteered in past years as well as putting a post on here but for now, if your wishing to volunteer for 2022 let me know

Apologies for lack of updates re: box office. It’s managed by volunteers who have had a few unexpected personal matters arise last few days, causing delay in processing sign-up forms and creating shift rota to be able to communicate out to everyone what shifts the will be working. We have tried to keep on top of confirming those sign-up forms submitted but are still awaiting forms from people who had originally expressed an interest in being box office crew members so please do get them to us ASAP or advise if you are now unable to assist so we don’t waste time chasing. Rest assured we are on the case of getting shifts organised and the briefing notes completed with up to date covid measures. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Will update again as soon as we can!

As you will be aware, the Government have delayed the full lifting of restrictions until the 19th July. At this stage, we are planning as if we will proceed with the event. I have emailed out to existing box office volunteer contacts and uploaded on to the Chagstock Festival Box Office Crew Facebook Group (can't seem to add the document to the page), a Sign Up document that provides further information and updates will be provided nearer the time of the event. So if you would like to register as a Box Office Crew Volunteer for Chagstock 2021, please can you complete the Sign Up Form (separate form for each volunteer) and return by Monday 5th July 2021 via Facebook Messenger to Chagstock Festival Box Office Crew or via email to [email protected] so I can then notify Box Office Volunteers of their shift allocation as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your shift preferences.

Welcome to the new page for those who wish to join the Box Office Crew for Chagstock Music Festival. Being a Box Office Crew member is a volunteer role that entitles you to a free weekend ticket in exchange for working a few shifts across the festival's weekend. We always need Box Office Crew Members to help set up the Box Office Friday morning ready to start greeting guests that afternoon, all the way through until Saturday night and then on Sunday morning clearing away Box Office. Shift work involves checking in campers, day visitors and VIPs using scanners to read pre-purchased tickets, providing the guests with wristbands and handling any queries at the entrance. Whilst on shift you are still able to hear and enjoy the music and Crew Members are entitled to one free meal per shift worked. Full training will be provided. If you are interested in joining the Box Office Crew then please send a message via this page or email [email protected]. The more Box Office Crew Members, the shorter the shifts and more time you will have inside the arena enjoying the festival so spread the word! There is also a Facebook Group for the Chagstock Box Office Crew and an event for Chagstock 2021 on the page so please say if your planning to 'go' to the event so can see those wishing to become Crew Members.
