True story. 😂

delivered the opening keynote at and referenced the Macarena.

I had the dreaded after-lunch time slot, and after brainstorming with a few attendees, I decided we needed an energy boost to kick things off.

So I found Srijata and asked her to join me.

Next thing you know, we had the whole room out of their seats doing the Macarena. 😂

Completely unplanned. Completely ridiculous. And such a fun way to start the session.

One of my favorite things about speaking is reading the room and being willing to throw the plan out the window when something better presents itself.
