Thank you to everyone that braved the crummy weather Saturday, and summer-like afternoon downpour on Sunday. We met so many cool people and loved our new spot in the sheep barn.

On the bench today - lots of last minute labeling for !

For - I needed a Brandywine swatch and a new single skein shawl sample so I cast on a Nurmilintu last week. I can't wait to block this lace because it's truly in its awkward teenage phase right now. Designed by , I highly recommend this pattern for an easy, but not completely mindless knit.

On the bench today - labeling for

I have a new crochet sample to display made in my Fool's Spring colorway. This is Miss Rollo's Hive Shawlette designed by .ihook This tested my intermediate beginner's level crochet skills, but was a lot of fun to work on.

Pic 3 - I still have to name this new colorway. It was supposed to be something else entirely, but came out darker than I was planning. Usually I'd call it a nonrepeatable and move on, but I really like the muddy green and purple with pops of orange and pink.

It's about to get real crazy (in the best way) Chez Play. Back-to-back weekend events start next weekend. ☀️🐑🧶
