DeLand Christmas Boat Parade A West Volusia holiday tradition taking place along the St. Johns River and Lake Beresford. Johns River as the backdrop.

The DeLand Christmas Boat Parade is an annual West Volusia time-honored tradition that dates back to the 1920's. The parade includes boats of all sizes brightly lit and beautifully decorated. This unique celebration of the season is amplified with the scenic St. The parade route begins at Ed Stone Park and travels south along the river to Lake Beresford. At the conclusion of the parade is an award

ceremony and celebratory party at the Lake Beresford Yacht Club. This is definitely a can't miss event of the holiday season!

Merry Christmas!

Thanks to our 2025 DeLand Christmas Boat Parade participants and sponsors, we were able to give Mighty River Recovery a $500 donation that will help their efforts to revive our beautiful St. Johns River.

Have you seen the Costa River Queen cruising the St. Johns River during the holidays?

It sure is a beautiful sight, and we can't wait to watch her pass this Saturday night during the 2025 DeLand Christmas Boat Parade!

Parade begins at 6pm just north of St. John's River Grille and cruises south past Holly Bluff Resort Marina and Hontoon Landing, then around Lake Beresford to Tropical Resort & Marina on Lake Beresford, ending at the Beresford Yacht Club.

If you missed yesterday’s deadline to turn in your registration fear not. We will be taking entries right up to the captains meeting Wednesday night 6pm. The meeting is located at the lake beresford yacht club. We are looking forward to a great parade and always welcome more boats to make it even better.
