DeFuniak Springs & Niceville we are headed to your local market. All day Friday was spent in preparation for our Saturday markets. Freezers are full with beef and pork raised by us in Walton County Florida. Tables will be filled with the freshest produce I could get my hands on. See you at the market.

We are excited to welcome JB Dyess and Summer Jeffery as our guest musicians for the grand opening of 2026 Persimmon U-Pick! Saturday October 3rd. What can you look forward to this year? A relaxed day at the farm filled with great music, farm-to-table food, and the chance to pick your own persimmons amidst the beautiful rolling hills of North Walton County. This year marks five years since we began sharing our farm with like-minded individuals. Over the years, we've added new features, including a cypress trail, cow feeding, a pumpkin patch, flowers, and most importantly, a sense of community. Come experience a small-scale working family farm. The Adams Family warmly invites you to Frost Lane Farms!

Join Us for Our Fall 2026 Farm Field Trip!

We’re excited to announce that registration is now open for our Fall 2026 farm tour. Discover the charm of our Japanese persimmon orchard, where Florida brings you a taste of autumn magic! While the state may not be famous for vast fruit orchards, ours offers an enchanting experience reminiscent of a cozy fall apple-picking adventure.

As you wander through our visually captivating orchard, you'll be embraced by the crisp air, filled with a delightful blend of sweet and earthy aromas. It's a truly magical setting that invites you to savor nature's beauty and enjoy the harvest. Come visit us and create unforgettable memories among the vibrant persimmon trees!

What to Expect:

• Explore our rolling hills and vibrant persimmon orchard.

• Enjoy a guided tour where you’ll pick your own persimmons and gather a small pumpkin.

• Get hands-on in our dirt box with mini tractors and Tonka trucks, hike to the cypress pond, and partake in fun outdoor games & hand feed the calves.

• Relax with a picnic under the pecan trees.

This experience is all about the authentic joys of farm life—no frills, just the beauty of nature and a chance to make lasting memories.

Details:

• Tour Duration: 30 minutes, followed by free exploration.

• Most groups bring a picnic to fully enjoy the farm.

Cost:

• $20 per child (ages 2 and up): Includes farm tour, persimmon picking (2 lbs), and a small pumpkin.

• Parents and teachers attend for free.

Field Trip Dates:

• Available from October 5 to October 25, Monday through Friday.

• Start times: 9 AM or 10 AM.

One things for sure, he’s going to run them. It just might not be the right way. But great job this morning! Working the herd this morning, time for a fly treatment, cut out some yearlings to move to feed out pastures and tag to newbie calves!
