Happy New Year! I hope this year is off to a great start for each of you! I want to start off by saying, THANK YOU to everyone for participating, donating, supporting, and volunteering for the Autism Ride each year. This ride was an idea from my son 4 years ago, and I never would've imagined it grow into what it has.

This is a fairly LONG post, so please take the time to read through it, should you decide to do so.

This past year's ride taught me more than any other ride, and also made me the most humble. It was the biggest ride to date. While it went off very smoothly, there were a few hiccups, and I personally am still dealing with a few of these. I made several mistakes and I'm still going through what can be better and how not to do those things in the future.

What most don't know is 10 days after the 2023 ride, my kids lost their dad to su***de. I stopped everything and focused on my kids, which is where my focus is still.

After a lot of prayer, and guidance, I will not be putting together a ride for 2024. I will pick it back up in 2025, and hopefully, it'll be just as great as the previous years, but with lots of changes.

I know a few people (groups) are putting a separate ride together for this year, so please go and support them. The cause is the same, bringing awareness and support to those on spectrum.

Again, THANK YOU all for your support, patience, and understanding. Until next year, ride safe and keep the shiny side up! S.B. 💙

Hey everyone! I apologize for the delay in getting shirts and patches out. My family suffered a great loss shortly after this year's ride, so I haven't been able to focus on anything else. My goal is to have all shirts and patches sent out at the end of the month, first week of June at the absolute latest. Thank you all for your understanding and patience.

Hello followers of the Autism Ride! We had a great number of people that arrived, showed up and registered on-site this year. We have ordered the patches and the additional shirts. It will be mid-May when all the additional items are received so we can start processing these and getting them out to you. We appreciate your patience during this waiting time and please know you haven't been forgotten. We are excited at the growth and support of this event. We are looking at options to help make this process smoother for all in the future! Please keep your eyes peeled for additional updates as the updates become available!! Have a great weekend!!

Morning everyone! We have an update on total amount raised this year. It was actually $9,413!!! Huge THANK YOU to Law Do...

Thank you to all of our vendors and sponsors for their generosity and donations! If it weren't for them, we wouldn't have all the things to make this ride as great as it is! An even BIGGER THANK YOU goes out to all the police departments: Lake Dallas, Hickory Creek, Little Elm, Oak Point, and Cross Roads for blocking traffic and keeping us safe, and to Feed-A-Hero for leading us out!

Even with a few hiccups, today was an absolutely amazing day! The weather was great and held off, the food was great, the people were great, it was just Great overall! Thank you all for making this such a great event!

Please be patient with us as we work through the shirts and patches with our vendors to get them out. For now, we are going to rest up for a bit and then start planning for 2024!
