Beth Torah Sisterhood is hosting a mini-mah jongg tournament. The idea is to give people an opportunity to experience the pace of a tournament round to get them more comfortable with signing up to play in a tournament. Also, yes, we are still hosting our annual Esther Cohen Mah Jongg Tournament on November 12. Sign-up link coming shortly. And, yes, we know the Goldblatt tournament is the afternoon of this mini-tournament. Joanne was consulted and totally on-board with us doing the mini-tournament. In fact, we are going to be at her tournament in the afternoon. The mini-tournament is really to get players excited to play in future tournaments.

Have you wanted to play in mah jongg tournaments but are not quite ready to do so?
CBT Sisterhood is offering a mini mah jongg tournament to test the waters.
This tournament is for seasoned players who want to get a feel for the pace of a tournament.
We'll go over basic rules (not all tournaments have the same rules) and then play one round (4 games). The top winner will win a prize
