The Trieschmann House will be taking a short break from May 31st – June 7th ❤️

If you need to reach us about bookings, events, or anything else, please send any correspondence now, as messages, calls, emails, and even my personal cell phone will not be monitored during our time away.

You may still see a few social media posts during that time, but they are simply scheduled posts to help us keep up with the algorithm while we are away 😊

We’re taking a little time to rest, reset, and spend time with family before jumping back into a busy season here at the house. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience, support, and understanding while we step away briefly.

We look forward to seeing everyone again soon!

Thank you Ashley Summers Blessing for the amazing porch pic 😍 I had to turn it into a little promo ✨️

🐱🚐 Kitten Rescue at Walmart Today! 🚐🐱

Today I pulled up to Walmart for my pickup (I was running dangerously low on Andes mints 😉🍫) when the Walmart associate said, “I hear meowing.” Sure enough… I heard it too!

We knew the tiny baby was somewhere up under the hood, so 3 of us tried to block off escape routes and coax her out. At one point we actually got her out, but the second we moved around to pick her up, she darted right back under the hood again. 😂

Thankfully, Megan was finally able to reach in and gently pull her out. 🥹

Baby kitty was completely fine 🙌 I called a couple neighbors near my home and The Trieschmann House since who knows how long she’d been riding around under there, but no one claimed her. I assumed she was a stray especially because of her gunky eyes.

When I set her down outside The Trieschmann House, she immediately bolted across the street to the Boy Scout Hut like she knew exactly where she was going. 😂🐾

So if you live around the 700 block of Cedar and she doesn’t belong to anyone, I have a feeling she’d make a pretty sweet addition to somebody’s family ❤️

After the concert on May 12th, the musicians did our “Stranger Things” Escape Room 👾🎶

I told them with all those music degrees they better do well 😜 They immediately said that was WAY too much pressure 😂 They are now in 2nd place on the leaderboard! 🏆👏

While I was upstairs getting everything ready, my husband told me our daughter was having the absolute best time playing tag with them 🥹💕 She especially latched onto Emma Rose and Landon 🤗 I’m so glad he snapped a picture of them all together 📸

It always means so much when people are kind to your baby. Those little moments stick with you forever 🥰

More wonderful images from our concert 😍🎶

We are still so grateful for everyone who helped make this evening such a success at The Trieschmann House 🏡✨

A huge shoutout to:

• Sarah Hollimon Stagg for writing about the event and getting it on the front page of The Ashley News Observer 📰

• Val McMillan Gaught and Crossett Parks & Recreation for letting us borrow chairs, meeting me at the community center, and Val loaning us her own cocktail table 🪑

• Ashley King for letting us borrow her trailer. Mike Chisholm, Rob Moffatt, and William Moyers for loading, unloading, and hauling everything with Ashley’s trailer 💪🚛

• Medders Funeral Home for lending us the speaker and mic setup 🎤🔊

• Elizabeth Schwartz White and Nicole Chisholm for helping cook and serve dinner for the musicians, plus doing ALL the dishes 🍽️❤️

• Nancy Toon, Debbie Walsh, Kay Johnson, Candace Johnston LaFoon, and Becky Abbott for bringing treats for the musicians and guests 🍪🍓

• Tammy Farmer and Nicole Chisholm for helping with our children 👫📺

• Kerstin Margarita Mondragon and Jordan Burchfield for greeting guests and helping everyone get seated 👋

• Michelle Ray for capturing the night with so many wonderful photos 📸

• Nicole Chisholm, Kerstin Mondragon, and Elias Mondragon for setting out the after-concert refreshments 🥤🍨

• Our neighbors, who have been incredibly supportive throughout all of this. Instead of being upset about an outdoor concert in the neighborhood, they came out, joined the fun, and helped make the evening even more special.🏡❤️

• Our guests who made all the musicians feel welcome and appreciated 🥰

• And last but definitely not least, Dr. Katey Jahnke and the University of Arkansas Student Chamber Music Tour for blessing us with their incredible talent 🎼🎷🎺

Without Katey reaching out and the students’ willingness to share their talents with rural communities, none of this would be possible. We are beyond thankful for each and every one of you 💛

My mom told me, “That was one of the most special nights of my life.” 🥹

On May 12th, we had the honor of being one of the stops for the University of Arkansas Student Chamber Music Tour, and what a beautiful evening it was.

The musicians were truly world-class, many already holding degrees in music from University of Arkansas Music and continuing their education even further. They were also incredibly kind and gracious, which I was very grateful for since this was our first community event following our grand opening.

Even with so much going on around town that night, between the senior awards banquet and baseball games, we still had around 50 attendees.

There were so many people behind the scenes who helped make this evening possible, and I’ll do my best to tag and thank everyone in the photos. Nights like this don’t happen because of one person.

I only wish there had been more time to just sit and take it all in, because even the short time they were here left a lasting impression. 🫶

🚨 PSA: If you ever go to “Last Team Standing”… DO NOT leave the room 😂

Back in October, I went to the Crossett Area Chamber of Commerce Last Team Standing Event for the first time. I walked in not knowing a single thing about how it worked and ended up sitting with two other couples who were also first-timers. Between the five of us, we basically formed a confused parents support group 🤣

They both had the sweetest little babies, and while I was there solo I thought I still fully qualified for the young moms club even though my baby baby was 2 🥹

We spent the night figuring the game out, cheering each other on, eating good food, and slowly realizing… one of us could actually win $10,000 👀

And y’all… my number KEPT surviving.

Round after round after round.

I was feeling REAL confident.

Then I stepped out of the room for maybe 30 seconds and — I kid you not — THAT is when they called my number 💀😂

I’m convinced I would currently be 10k richer if I had simply stayed put.

Anywayyy… they’re doing it again on June 12th! If you’ve never been, you should absolutely go. It’s fun 🥳 and a tad suspenseful 🫣

If you win after seeing this post, I do expect a tiny finder’s fee of 1%… jk jk 🤑

To celebrate the Senior Class of 2026, Project Graduation contacted me about creating a custom escape room on campus 🎭🔐

After letting the seniors vote on their favorite storyline, I transformed a room under the bleachers into a performers’ dressing room complete with props, costumes, and scarves that were left behind at The Trieschmann House when we bought it 🧣✨

The students had an absolute blast, but I should have given them longer than 10 minutes 😅🥳

To all the volunteers, donors, and sponsors:
If you’ve ever wondered whether the seniors truly appreciate your time or donation, let me reassure you… they absolutely did. ❤️ You should have seen their faces. The excitement, laughter, and memories being made proved your donation was completely worth it 🫶🏻
