Brunello di Montalcino
is one of the most historic Italian red
wines, dating back to the late 1800s.
Tuscany's greatest red wine is a
genuine tradition, made exclusively
with Sangiovese grapes. In Coldisole,
the vines are carefully tended during
their vegetative cycles. The grapes
are harvested by carefully selecting
the bunches. They are then vinified
leaving the must on the skins for
several days to extract all the
structure and aromas.
