It is Ramen season at GEN Japanese Izakaya! The Chicken Paitan Ramen broth is simmered for over five hours. The result is a deep, rich broth to accompany a delicious tare, seared chicken thigh, menma, ajitsuke tamago and Chinese broccoli. Like it spicy? Have it with the GEN rayu. Really hungry? Add pork gyoza or more egg and chicken. Want the full experience? Pair it with a Kikusui Funaguchi Kunko Kuro sake. Kanpai!
